The facts

  1. RIK’s preliminary results announced on 26 October covered 8,187 of 8,392 polling stations: the Student List received 52.71% and 140 projected seats, while the Aleksandar Vučić–United Serbia list received 39.17% and 104 projected seats. [1]

  2. RIK ordered repeat voting at 53 stations where results could not be determined or voting had been annulled. The repeat vote was held on 1 November; 24,438 voters were eligible. [2][7]

  3. CRTA reported that 44.9% of eligible voters participated in the repeat vote. Its observers were present at all 53 stations. [8]

  4. On 2 November, the Serbian Government reported that RIK had published results from all 8,392 polling stations: the Student List won 53.01% of votes and United Serbia 38.98%. The release gives national vote shares, not a formal seat-allocation decision. [7]

  5. CRTA said the repeat vote changed its projected allocation: the Student List fell from 141 to 140 seats, United Serbia remained at 103 and the SPP list entered parliament with one seat. The Student List remains above the 126-seat majority threshold. [8]

  6. CRTA said 12 votes determined whether the SPP list gained the seat and reported allegations of vote-buying in its favor and other voter-influence incidents during the rerun. These are observer reports and allegations, not a finding by RIK or a court. [8]

Still unconfirmed

  • RIK’s formal final allocation of the 250 parliamentary mandates and any related certification or complaint decisions were not located in the opened sources; CRTA’s seat distribution is explicitly a projection.
  • The composition and timing of a new governing coalition and the choice of prime minister remain unresolved.
  • No official finding or investigation outcome on CRTA’s reported allegations of vote-buying and voter influence was available in the checked sources.

Corrections & updates

Update, 1 November: added the start of repeat parliamentary voting and CRTA’s report that all 53 stations opened. The vote covers 24,438 registered voters; turnout and any effect on the final seat allocation remain unknown.

Added the latest local turnout report and kept the result pending; the scheduled polling hours are not presented as a confirmed commission result.

Substantive update, 2 November: RIK’s full-station result and CRTA’s post-rerun seat projection replace the earlier statement that the rerun’s effect was unknown. Formal RIK seat allocation remains unverified; CRTA’s allegation reports remain attributed.

RIK’s complete polling-station vote shares come from the Serbian Government’s official report of the commission’s publication. The seat change is CRTA’s projection based on the post-rerun results, not a formal RIK mandate-allocation act. CRTA’s reported irregularities remain attributed allegations; no official investigation outcome is claimed.
