Bosnia establishes election results as coalition picture remains open

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Central Election Commission adopted its decision establishing results for the 4 October general election on 24 October, three weeks after voting. In the 42-seat state House, no two parties can reach the 22 seats needed for a majority. The commission said final confirmation would follow legal procedures; its 28 October manual-recount orders concerned specified cantonal-assembly ballots.
